Bring plants for "show and tell"

Meeting:

Oak Hill has been growing and selling for 28 years.

They believe the growing hobby continues to be one anyone can afford. Much enjoyment and success can be attained by choosing seedling plants for as little as $4.00, which can be grown to become award winners with the proper care and environment.

They have continued to do their best to supply the largest possible variety of orchid species and hybrids at reasonable prices. Their laboratory has produced much of what you see on the website, and continues to bring along many new species for your future enjoyment. Buying trips to Hawaii, Florida, Holland and Germany resulted in the addition of many of the offerings of species and hybrid varieties listed. Others were imported from Thailand, Peru, Taiwan, Mexico, and the Philippines.

You will find over 500 varieties of species orchids available on their web site, as well as hundreds of quality hybrids and mericlones.

They will be bringing plants for sale, and you may order ahead from the catalog or web site http://www.oakhillgardens.com  Please be sure to indicate that it is for the November 4 meeting.

Upcoming shows:

Fall Michiana show at Holy Cross Nov 10-11 (setup the 9th).  Please call Larry Galdes if you are planning to provide plants, and cannot make the meeting to verify arrangements.
