Program: Potluck Social Meeting
Bring plants for "show and tell"
Meeting:
The meeting this month is a social
gathering, with finger food. There is a
requirement by the college not to server meals – so we are required to make the
potluck dishes of the finger food variety.
Please bring plates and silverware, beverages will be
provided. Those that can arrive as
early as 1:00 pm are free to do so.
There will be NO auction.
Room Change!
The October 1st, 2000 meeting will be held in
meeting in Room 1510 on October 1st, November 5th, and December 3rd. It is accessed from the north side of the
building. They referred to it as the Tower
entrance. (It is the main parking lot
before where we went last month. We do
NOT go around to the east side of the building.)
If
construction remains on schedule, we will be back in Room 9310 in the
Technology Applications Center in January 2001.
Coconut Bark
The
club discussed the possibility of purchasing a compressed bale of coconut
“bark”. The bales yield 7 cu ft. The group agreed to buy a bale, and divide
it. If you have special interest in
this John Talpa can provide information.
