· I think we will need to vote for officers – I will get an answer on that
Meeting:
The meeting this month is a social gathering, with finger food. There is a requirement by the college not to serve meals – so we are required to make the potluck dishes of the finger food variety. Please bring plates and silverware. Beverages will be provided. Those that can arrive as early as 1:00 pm are free to do so.
Dues:
It is that time again; dues for 2004 are now payable - $10 for a single member, $ 15 for a member and spouse.
Treasurer’s report:
Sixteen individuals or couples paid $185.00 in dues in November. We collected refreshment donations of $9.75. I paid Larry Galdes $85.00 for plants to be used as door prizes and Greg Filter $9.62 for postage. We have $3007.27 in the checking account as of Nov.24, 2004. The savings account is unchanged at $2166.52. Please pay your dues this month if you have not already done so: $10 per individual and $15 a couple. Make checks out to Dunes-Kalamazoo Orchid Society and send them to me at 2503 Lomond Dr., Kalamazoo MI 49008.
