This will be a joint meeting with Michiana club at
the Fernwood Nature Center.
Jane provided the following background:
“We have a greenhouse/sunroom attached to our
house. We grow mostly species, and
mostly small to compact plants. We
specialize in dendrobiums and pleurothallids, and also carry mini-cats and
bulbophyllum. Occasionally we have angraecums
or aerangis, small oncidiums, and other intermediate growers. We no longer have a site on the Orchid Mall,
but can be reached at
Directions to Fernwood:
I-94 West to US
31 (Exit #28). Take US 31 South, following
the Berrien Springs bypass, to Walton Road (Exit #7). Follow the signs for
Fernwood. Turn right (West) on Walton
Road and travel 1.7 miles to Range Line Road.
Turn right and travel another 1.7 miles to the entrance on the left.

There were a total of 37 plants entered in the show and we received
13 plant ribbons and a display ribbon.
